The 1st Cross-border Surveillance Exercise, organized by SIPA and Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Police Directorate Montenegro, together with the Federal Ministry of Interior Austria, with support from PCC SEE Secretariat and European Commission, took place between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, from 14-16 December 2010. It was the first time Bosnian Police Officers performed Police measures on the territory of Montenegro (Exercise / Training under Article 11 PCC SEE).
