The 1st Cross-border Surveillance Exercise, organized by Police Directorate Montenegro, SIPA and Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, together with the Federal Ministry of Interior Austria, with support from PCC SEE Secretariat and European Commission, took place between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 5-8 October 2010. It was the first time Montenegrin Police Officers performed Police measures on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Exercise / Training under Article 11 PCC SEE).
