Ohrid, 7 October 2021 - Expert-level workshop dedicated to the enhancement of information exchange among Common Contact Centres (CCCs) established by the PCC SEE Contracting Parties, convened under the auspices of the Chairmanship-in-Office of the Republic of North Macedonia, brought together experts from the 12 PCC SEE Contracting Parties to discuss the feasibility of an implementing agreement of the PCC SEE as a possible solution to enhance the exchange of information among CCCs. Delegations unanimously adopted a draft legal document, which will be presented at the next Expert Working Group (EWG) meeting as a possible solution to enhance cooperation among Common Contact Centres (CCCs) established by the PCC SEE Contracting Parties.
