The Second of DCAF webinar in the series of the PCC SEE Tools will address a very important topic of Hot Pursuit, Cross-Border Surveillance and Controlled Delivery.

In this webinar Mr Thomas Pepper, an expert in international police cooperation with many years of practical experience, will highlight the most important aspects of hot pursuit, cross-border surveillance and controlled delivery in tackling today's criminality and also provide valuable insight on procedural aspects and most common issues and problems related to practical implementation of these tools.

All participants will also have an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the developments and activities within the DCAF Border security programme and the PCC SEE.
