Online - The COVID-19 pandemic situation significantly impacted the plans under the PCC SEE umbrella to negotiate the text of the Protocol amending the PCC Prüm Agreement. In view of supporting the PCC SEE Contracting Parties in these challenging times and facilitating an uninterrupted development in this matter, it was jointly agreed that the negotiations are held in an online environment. Thereof, the Informal Negotiations to Amend the PCC Prüm Agreement were convened on expert level on 27 May 2020, technically supported by the PCC SEE Secretariat and moderated by the Bulgarian Ministry of Interior in its function as PCC SEE Chairmanship-in-Office.
